Instructor Training
Individuals interested in becoming certified to teach the New York City Workout in clubs in the United States and abroad must take instructor training. Scheduled trainings are listed above. Subsequent to the training, potential instructors must complete a written and practical exam to complete certification to teach the New York City Ballet Workout. The cost of certification is $400.00.

Join us for comprehensive training sessions that will give you all the tools necessary to teach both New York City Ballet Workout Technique and Movement classes. The training will cover the elements of the Technique and Movement classes, a basic review of ballet and fitness terms, safety modifications, and choreographic ideas. A strong knowledge and experience of ballet is necessary to fully benefit from this training.
