Important Ordering Information
READ BEFORE ORDERING!

• There is a  $6.00 per order handling charge.

• Orders will be filled in order of receipt.

• The earlier you order, the greater the likelihood of receiving your first choice.

• If First Ring seats are unavailable, Orchestra seats will be assigned automatically.

• Individual seat selection is not an option. Seats are assigned by the Box Office.

• Upon successful submission of your ticket request, you will receive an automatic Email Acknowledgement containing an Order Number. This acknowledges order receipt. It is NOT a confirmation of date or seat location.

• Keep the Acknowledgement with Order Number in case you have questions.

• When your order is filled, you will receive an Email Confirmation of performance date and seat location.

• If there is a problem filling your ticket request, you will receive a telephone call from the Box Office to resolve the issue.

• If you have a question concerning your order, contact the Box Office at 212-870-5570. Please allow 24 hours from the time you place your order before inquiring as to ticket status.

• U.S. and Canada Orders:

o Tickets are mailed if there are 7 days between receipt of order and performance date, unless a special request is made in the comments field.

o Tickets are held at the Box Office to be picked up if there are fewer than 7 days between receipt of order and performance date.  Tickets must be picked up not later than one-half hour before performance.

• Other International Orders:

o Tickets will not be mailed.

o Tickets must be picked up at the Box Office, any time prior to the performance.   Tickets must be picked up not later than one-half hour before performance.

• Once tickets have been processed by the Box Office, no refunds, exchanges or corrections will be made.

• Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket in order to be admitted to the Theater.
